York University's new Bridging Program for Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) prepares professionals to be job-ready and ensures that they have the skills and qualifications to make a strong impact in the Canadian Workplace.
- 58% of our candidates hold master's degrees in their respective fields;
- 70% have 6 years or more years of global professional work experience;
- Our candidates bring international perspectives, experience and language skills from over 65 different countries;
- All our students are residents and are entitled to work in Canada.
Students complete courses to ensure their soft skills and specialized knowledge are top notch and engage in ongoing professional development throughout the program. When joining the program students' English language skills are assessed, to join they must be over CLB 8 and they are provided with support to develop their language skills further while studying.
